§ AI Search consulting

AI Search consulting for wellness, fitness, spa & sport.

A new discipline for a new surface. Our GEO practice — Audit, Profile Setup, Retainer — for brands, venues, and operators who want to be inside the AI answer.

    The three roles
    01 / Role

    The Reader

    front door. Listens first.

    • Greets practitioners, method brands, and curious visitors
    • Figures out what someone actually needs: a profile, a Practice OS, a conversation, nothing yet
    • Opens a record in the editorial workspace, sets expectations, hands off

    Doesn't write. Doesn't sell. Doesn't promise publication.

    02 / Role

    The Scribe

sits with the practice. Shapes the experience into language AI will read.

    • Explores breakthrough moments — the specific, dated, cross-domain ones that matter
    • Surfaces parallels from across the Guide so the practitioner isn't writing alone
    • Drafts the structured fields (Experience Tag, Experience Copy, Field Log entries) that feed the profile

Doesn't publish. Doesn't bypass the editorial bar.

    03 / Role

    The Curator

carries the work across the line.

    • Tracks status, follows up on gaps, schedules sessions with the editor
    • Manages the structured record from intake through publication and beyond
    • Keeps Field Log cadence honest after a profile goes live

Doesn't make editorial decisions. The editor still does.

    Where they live

    Where they live

The team is built natively in Notion, with the practitioner's Practice OS as the input layer and the published profile on agilebodyandmind.com as the output. Every conversation creates or updates a structured record. Nothing is published automatically — every profile crosses the editor's desk before going live.

Practice OS → The Reader → The Scribe → The Curator → Editor review → Live profile on the guide
    Reasoning

Why a team (not one agent)

    Patience at scale.

A breakthrough doesn't arrive in one conversation. The Scribe can sit with a practice over weeks — across sessions, across methods — without losing the thread. A single agent loses the shape; a team keeps it.

    Editorial bar, kept honest.

The agents prepare the work. They don't decide what's good. That separation is what keeps ABMG's citation weight: every profile passes the same human bar, whether the practitioner is a Featured method founder or a self-published instructor on their first Field Log.

    Citation gravity, compounded.

Every Practice OS user feeds the corpus — structured, first-person, cross-domain language AI engines learn to cite. The team's job is to make sure that language is legible without flattening what the practitioner actually felt.

    Status

    Today / Next

    Today

Practice OS template is live and in use. Editorial workflow runs manually with the editor. First Field Log entries are published on profiles.

    Next

The Reader and The Scribe in active design — Notion-native. The Curator follows once the first two pass internal testing. WhatsApp and web entry points after that.

    § Live AI test

    Real query · real answer

We asked ChatGPT for the one Pilates studio in London worth the detour. It named Pi Studios, Battersea — founder, address, price and lineage included.

Reconstructed from a ChatGPT session, November 2026. Ask the same question yourself — then notice which London studios weren't named.

For method brands, studios & operators

We didn't outsource this. We built it.

The team you just met runs ABMG's own publication pipeline. We designed it, we operate it, we improve it every week. It's how we keep an editorial bar without burning out, and how every Practice OS user adds to a citation corpus AI engines learn to read.

The same playbook works for method brands, studios, hotels, spas, and wellness-tech operators who want to be discoverable by AI without losing what makes their practice specific.

Built by people who run their own version of it. Not theory.
