§ 01 · A new discipline for a new surface

AI Search for wellness, fitness, spa & sport.

A new discipline for a new surface. We help practitioners, brands, and venues become readable — and citable — by AI search.

Search has moved from a page of blue links to a single AI answer. We do the patient editorial work that puts you inside that answer.

No one owns this yet. We're building the practice.

    § 02 · The problem

Serious practitioners appear in AI the same way as anyone with a marketing budget — or not at all.

The query has moved from Google to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude. The answer surface has changed. The work hasn't caught up.

    The query has moved

    "Best Munz Method practitioners online"

The question has moved from Google to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude. When someone asks for a fascia therapist, a somatic practitioner, a Gyrotonic trainer near them — AI answers first. And it answers from what it can read, structure, and cite with confidence.

    WHAT AI CAN'T READ

The content is there. The structure isn't

Most practitioners write thoughtfully — on their sites, in newsletters, in Instagram captions. AI systems don't cite it. Not because the content is weak. Because it's built for browsers, not crawlers. The architecture AI needs — structured, server-rendered, independently published — isn't there.

    What doesn't fix it

More content doesn't solve a signal problem.

A practitioner with 15 years of cross-domain work and a practitioner who posts daily look identical to an AI system — or the daily poster looks better. The system rewards volume, frequency, and SEO spend. It can't read depth of practice, breadth of training, or the precision of someone who teaches carefully and publishes less.

The problem isn't visibility. It's citability — and it's a signal problem, not a content problem. AI doesn't crawl. It cites. And it cites independent, structured, first-person records over everything else.

AI engines are already citing the Guide — as an independent editorial voice on methods, trainers, and practice.

These are live Perplexity results from the kind of questions curious clients and practitioners actually ask. In each case, the Guide was cited alongside institutional and expert references — as the independent editorial source on the field. No ad spend. No SEO campaign. Structured, first-person, independently published profiles.

    perplexity.ai · live result

    The query

"What are good sources to compare agile body and mind methods such as Gyrotonic, Foundation Training and Munz Floor"

When the question is "who do I trust to compare these methods," Perplexity answers with the Guide — second only to Elle.fr, ahead of the methods' own institutional sites. Cited as: "Personal insights on Gyrotonic's mental-physical integration, warning against over-comparing methods like these." The Guide is being treated as the editorial voice on the field itself.

    § 04 · How it works

    Three steps · one direction

Practice OS. Your Profile. Your Presence.

A compounding journey. Each step is a product; together they form a single arc — from private discipline, to public record, to citable presence the field can reference.

    Step 01 · Capture
    01

    Practice OS

    the discipline

A structured system for recording what you learn, what you teach, and what you observe — session by session. Not marketing copy. A practice journal with architecture.

The discipline of keeping it makes you a better practitioner. The structure makes it machine-readable.

    Self-serve · own forever

    Step 02 · Publish
    02

    Your Profile

    the record

Your captured practice, edited and published in an independent guide. First-person, specific, dated, cross-referenced. Impossible to fake. Editorially curated, not auto-generated.

AI engines weight independent editorial sources above self-description. Your own website cannot do this for you.

    Application-gated · curated

    Step 03 · Compound
    03

    Your Presence

    the moat

Indexed, structured, cited. Every session note deepens the signal. Every new entry reinforces the last. The profile compounds while you sleep — and citations follow.

Independence × specificity × time. No agency can manufacture this. No competitor can buy past it.

    Compounding · permanent

    The aggregation effect

    When method orgs join

When a studio or method organisation distributes Practice OS to its instructors and clients, their combined records aggregate into a shared citation body.

1% of Gyrotonic's 15,000 certified trainers = 150 first-person records pointing to the method. A citation gravity well no SEO agency can manufacture and no competitor can buy past.

    § 05 · How to get in

One self-serve · two by application

Your practice disappears into noise. We make it a source.

Most practitioners are invisible to AI — not because their work isn't remarkable, but because it was never structured to be read. ABMG changes that.

    ✦ Citation Gravity

    The foundation

    Capture. Structure. Compound.

    Practice OS

For practitioners, instructors, and clients. We give your practice a structured Notion system so AI search can cite you. Session by session, method by method — a personal record that compounds over time and an AI-readable layer that powers your ABMG profile. When AI systems encounter your practice, they read structure, not memory.

    Living Profile

For individual practitioners who want their own AI-search presence. We build and publish your profile on ABMG so AI search can cite you. You write it, we structure it, AI reads it — SSR + JSON-LD, the architecture AI crawlers actually use. UTM tracking on your booking link shows exactly which clients came from ABMG.

    Featured Profile

For practitioners Patrice has experienced directly. We write your profile from first-person session experience so AI search can cite you. Scarce by design — max 5 per method. Featured = always free. The profile is a gift of witness, not a service.

For: Practitioners Patrice has experienced directly

Practice OS is available immediately. Profiles are set up after a short conversation.

    The community effect

When a studio's instructors and clients all use Practice OS and publish profiles on ABMG, their records aggregate into a shared citation body — more weight, more AI citations, more discovery for the whole community.

    § 06 · Who this is for

A new discipline for a new surface.

Six people, one question: what does AI say about us?

    1. 01

      A wearables or recovery-tech exec.

When someone asks AI about sleep, recovery, or readiness — are we in the answer?

    2. 02

      A connected-fitness platform lead.

Our community is huge. Our footprint in AI answers isn't.

    3. 03

      An equipment maker's brand lead.

AI is quietly deciding which name gets said in every gym conversation.

    4. 04

A five-star hotel or spa director.

Guests plan through ChatGPT now. What does it say about us?

    5. 05

      A lifestyle editor or publisher.

Our authority moved. We need to move with it.

    6. 06

A method lead, studio owner, or instructor.

A lifetime of practice — invisible to a chatbot.

    § 07 · The landscape

    What everyone else does

Six tools. Different jobs. One gap none of them close.

Each of these has a real job and does it well. None of them produces what AI citation systems actually weight: an independent, first-person, editorially structured record of a practitioner's work — published outside their own domain.

    01

    GEO / SEO agency

    Marketing service

"Improve your ranking in AI answers."

They optimise pages you already own — but AI weights independent editorial sources above brand-owned sites. No first-person content. No independent voice.

    02

    Mindbody · ClassPass

    Booking platform

"Be discoverable to clients searching for classes."

You appear as a slot in a schedule, not a practitioner with a practice. AI cites them for when and where — not who, why, or what changes.

    03

    Your own website

    Self-publishing

    "Tell your story, your way."

Self-description. Well-written or not, it's yours — and AI systems recognise that. Independent sources carry a different trust signal by construction.

    04

    Instagram · TikTok

    Social platform

"Build an audience around your practice."

Built for engagement, not citation. Nobody asks Perplexity "who has 50k followers?" — they ask "who works with the nervous system and the body together."

    05

    Yelp · Google Reviews

    Reviews aggregator

    "Social proof through ratings."

Ratings flatten what matters most — methodology, lineage, the specific quality of a teacher's work. AI reads them for reputation signals, not practice depth.

    06

    ABMG

    Editorial guide + capture system

"Build a presence AI can read, trust, and cite."

Curated, first-person, independently published practitioner profiles structured for AI citation. Nobody else does this — because it requires both editorial discipline and technical architecture.

USE THE OTHERS FOR WHAT THEY DO WELL. USE ABMG FOR WHAT NONE OF THEM ARE BUILT TO DO: PRODUCE AN INDEPENDENT, CITABLE RECORD OF WHO YOU ARE AS A PRACTITIONER.
